Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At SKINBUFFS, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience. Because our products are applied to the skin, we do not accept physical returns of used or opened tattoos for hygiene and safety reasons. Instead, we offer a streamlined Dispose & Refund process.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. You do not need to mail the product back to us.

2. Standard Orders (Under $200): "Dispose & Refund"

For smaller orders, we do not require you to ship items back to us. This saves you time and reduces our carbon footprint.

  • The Process: Once your refund is approved, you may simply destroy & dispose of the unwanted product and provide us with a photo proof.

  • Shipping Deduction: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, a flat $8 shipping charge will be deducted from your total refund.

3. High-Value Orders (Over $200): "Return Required"

To maintain quality control on larger bundles, orders exceeding $200 must be physically returned to our warehouse. Do not dispose of these items.

  • The Process: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  • The Fees: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the return logistics and processing.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

 To start a refund or return, please contact us at support@skinbuffs.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defects, or Errors

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, all fees ($8 and 10%) are waived.

  • Please email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or a 100% full refund immediately.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund & returns on sale items or gift cards.


Processing Time:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
