Why can't I see the design right after applying?
The plant-based ink needs time to oxidize and bind with the proteins in your skin - a process that takes 48-72 hours. Faint or almost-invisible color immediately after applying is completely normal. By day three, the design reaches its full tone.

The ink is plant-based, made from genipin extracted from Genipa Americana fruit (sometimes called jagua). It's vegan, cruelty-free, and PPD-free - it doesn't contain the harmful chemical found in some "black henna" products. Patch test recommended for sensitive skin or known fruit allergies.
How long does it last?
